JNX Auto Inside Bottle Washer

JNX Auto Inside Bottle Washer is researched and developed for the bottles which has put for a long time, easy to breed moss or other micro-organisms and it’s not in convenient to brush by manual. It has proved by a number of water plant with years of practical experience. It is an essential equipment in the recycling of inside bottles washing for the 5 gallon drinking water.

The operation procedures of JNX-2 Auto Inside Bottle Washer, bottle entering, bottle checking, inside washing, bottle out. It is controlled and completed by PLC automatically with easy operation, secure and stable of performance.

Through the washing procedure, the washing brush insert the bottle up and down by the cylinder. At the same time, water pump get the clean water. Because of high-speed and reverse rotating of the brush motor, the original vertical brush was open by centrifugal action to achieve a better effect.
