Function:

1. The equipment currently uses the best wind-conveying system, completely changed the original way, preventing the bottle-down phenomenon from lightweight material and squeezed pressure, improve work efficiency.

2. Bottle-washing system uses 18 heads, the fixture of washing system is made of 304 stainless steel, clamping bottle in good performance, meeting the requirement of fast operation, when in high pressure washing, the bottle is not easy shedding.

3. Filler also uses 18 stainless steel filling head, to avoid rust. It is the constant pressure filling, changing phenomenon of bottle’s transmutation by sucking in the negative filling. Decreasing the production costs, filling in accuracy and high efficiency.

4. The capping machine uses 6 stainless steel capping head , selecting double adjacent switches system, ensuring the capping accuracy.

5. The capping machine, using high pressure air to transport caps, when the caps is full in cap-ordering plate, it automatically shut down;when lacking caps, automatically start,time-saving and manpower-saving.

XGF Three-In-One filling machine uses Mitsubishi Electric components and touch screen technology, integrating with washing,filling ,capping. The whole process is in automation, applicable to purified water and mineral water,effortless,simple and efficient. Using the new filling form as constant pressure filling, increasing the filling speed, operation by the PLC microcomputer to control, equipping with touch screen and converter, making a more stable , optoelectronic unit to check the components operating situation, higher degree of automation, more simply operation, greatly improving the efficiency and output.

It is the first choice for drinking bottled water equipment.
